POLICIES
1. ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION: A credit card number or deposit is required to hold your reservation. We will email confirmation of your reservation. Reservation Deposits for Suites: For 2- 4 night’s stay – one night’s deposit is required . For more that 4 nights or weekly stays, 50% of the reservation length is required.
Payment: Cash / VISA / MC / Pay Pal / Check if approved.
2. MINIMUM STAY: Two nights.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY: We request a minimum of 14 days notice for any changes or cancellations. Please email or phone your cancellation as this is required. Otherwise your reservation deposit will be non refundable.
4. CHECK IN: Between 3:00 PM and 6 PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later arrivals if arrangements are made in advance. CHECK OUT: 11:00 am.
5. CHILDREN: Please inquire.
6. SMOKING: NO Smoking
7. PETS: NO Pets permitted.
